Bids may be submitted to the Surplus Office or faxed to (208) 885-5811 BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS AN ACCEPTABLE BID IS RECEIVED OR ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM SALE AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SALE. WINNING BIDDER will be notified and AWARDED PRICE will be listed on the internet within one week of bidder award notification.

Terms of Sale

  1. All property is available to Departments of the University of Idaho, other Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies, and qualifying non-profit organizations at all times up to and including the public sales. 

  2. All property is offered AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee as to condition. The buyer is responsible for determining the condition of the property.

  3. Tied bids will be resolved through the use of resubmission.

  4. All items must be removed from University of Idaho property within three weeks of bid award.

  5. The University of Idaho will not be responsible for shipment or arrangements for packaging and other preparations for shipment.

  6. Upon notification winning bidder shall contact Campus Surplus and make payment (including sales tax if required) with cash, Visa/MasterCard, or personal checks up to $1,000.

  7. Checks greater than $1,000 shall be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.

  8. The University of Idaho reserves the right to remove any property offered for sale at any time. The University reserves the right to refuse any, or all bids (even when there is no express or implied minimum acceptable bid,) as deemed to be in the best interest of the University.
