Two Feet Per Hole
Description:

Begin facing down the length of the speed ladder with a slight bend in the knees and your weight on the balls of your feet.  Lead with one leg, stepping into the first hole of the speed ladder followed by the other leg.  Continue this pattern down the length of the speed ladder always leading with the same foot.  On the next repetition, lead with the opposite foot.  Move as quickly as possible while maintaining control.
