Ski Hops
Description:

Start facing down the length of the speed ladder placing one foot in the first hole and the other foot outside of the ladder.  Maintain a slight bend in the knees and keep your weight on the balls of your feet.  Moving both feet at the same time, hop laterally across the ladder into the next hole so that your feet trade positions.  The foot that starting in the ladder should now be outside of it and the foot that started outside of the ladder should now be in the next hole.  Continue this alternating movement pattern down the entire length of the ladder moving as quickly as possible while maintaining control.
