Overhead Throw
Description:

Begin in an upright position with your feet hip width apart while you hold a medicine ball.  Bring the medicine ball back behind your head and shift your weight as you prepare for a maximal throw.  Aggressively bring the medicine ball forward, throwing it as far out as possible.  You should feel like your whole body is involved in each throw.  You should have to take a couple of steps to gather yourself after you release the ball.  Reset in the starting position and repeat for the designated number of repetitions.
