Multiple Cones-Lateral
Description:

Place 8 cones or barriers 10-12" tall in a line with approximately 1-yd between them.  Begin facing laterally to the line of barriers and repetitively jump laterally over each one.  Spend as little time on the ground between each jump and be sure to maintain control throughout the movement.  Stay square throughout each repetition and do not allow your body to turn in the direction you are moving.  Perform the next repetition moving in the opposite direction.
