Place 6-10 barriers approximately 10-20" tall in a
line with 1-yd between them. Begin facing laterally to the line of
barriers and repetitively jump laterally over each one. Spend as
little time on the ground between each jump and be sure to maintain
control throughout the movement. Stay square throughout each
repetition and do not allow your body to turn in the direction you are
moving. Perform the next repetition moving in the opposite
direction. The barriers that you use do not all have to be the same
height. You can set up this drill where the objects vary in height
to increase the level of difficulty. |
