Diamond Cones-Forward/Back
Description:

Place 4 cones in a diamond pattern with 1-yd between them front-to-back and side-to-side.  Start in the middle of this pattern and jump over the cone in front of you.  Immediately jump backwards to the middle and continue by immediately jumping backwards over the cone behind you.  As soon as you land continue in the same fashion moving forward.  Perform this activity repetitively for the designated number of repetitions or time.
