Diamond Cones-Clock
Description:

Place 4 cones in a diamond pattern with 1-yd between them front-to-back and side-to-side.  Begin standing in the middle of this pattern and jump forward over the cone in front of you.  Immediately jump backward over the same cone returning to the middle.  Continue jumping repetitively over the cone to your right and back to the middle, jump backward over the cone behind you and back to the middle, and jump laterally over the cone to your left and back to the middle.  Continue this pattern for the designated number of cycles or time.  This drill can also be performed moving counterclockwise.  Again, start by jumping over the cone in front of you and returning to the middle.  This time jump laterally over the cone to your left and continue moving around the drill in the same fashion as described above.
