Clean Pull + Power Clean
Description:

This is a combination of the Clean Pull from the floor and the Power Clean.  The chart below describes how many repetitions are performed of each exercise for the prescribed repetitions per set.  To view a description of each lift see their specific page.

4 Repetitions = 2 Clean Pulls from the floor followed by 2 Power Cleans
3 Repetitions = 2 Clean Pulls from the floor followed by 1 Power Clean
2 Repetitions = 1 Clean Pull from the floor followed by 1 Power Clean
