Registration - 7:45am - 8:45am
Session 1 - 9:00am - 9:30am - Warming Up For Peak Performance
Session 2 - 9:40am - 11:00am - Training the Explosive Athlete
Session 3 - 11:05am - 11:55am - Free Weight Training
Session 4 - 11:55am - 12:20pm - Training Through Injuries
LUNCH - 12:20pm - 1:15pm (On Your Own)
Session 5 - 1:15pm - 2:45pm - Speed, Agility, Quickness
Session 6 - 2:45pm - 3:00pm - Wrap-Up/Questions

Clinic Fees
Pre-Registered (by March 1, 2006) - $50 per Athlete/Coach (Group of 4 or more - $45 each)
Walk-Up Registration - $65 per Athlete/Coach
* T-Shirts and Manuals provided to all PRE-REGISTERED Participants
