Sprint/Backpedal
Description:

Place 6-8 agility bags or objects approximately 10" high in a row 1-yd apart.  Begin facing laterally to the line of barriers and sprint up the outside of the first one.  Quickly shuffle laterally around the top of the barrier and transition into a backpedal between the first and seconds barrier.  Repeat this alternating sprint/backpedal movement the entire length of the drill moving as quickly as possible while maintaining control.  Change directions as quickly as possible without putting your hands down or letting your feet slip out from underneath you.  This drill can also be performed by finishing with a 5-yd sprint.
