Shuffle Thru
Description:

Place 6-8 agility bags or objects approximately 10" high in a row 1-yd apart.  Begin facing down the row of barriers on the edge of the first one.  Shuffle laterally thru the barriers as quickly as possible, transitioning from one direction to the other efficiently.  Maintain bend in the hips and knees while keeping your chest and eyes up.  Be sure to stay square throughout each repetition.  Continue this shuffling pattern down the entire length of the drill.  This drill can also be performed by finishing with a 5-yd sprint.
