Two Feet Per Hole
Description:

Place 6-8 agility bags or objects approximately 10" high in a row 1-yd apart.  Begin facing down the line of barriers and perform a high knee stepping pattern placing both feet between each of the barriers.  On the first repetition lead with the same foot as you move through the barriers and on the next repetition switch so you lead with the opposite foot.  Maintain an upright body position and move as quickly as possible while maintaining control.  This drill can also be performed by finishing each rep with a 5-yd sprint.
