One Foot Per Hole
Description:

Place 6-8 agility bags or objects approximately 10" high in a row 1-yd apart.  Begin facing down the line of barriers and perform a high knee stepping pattern placing one foot between each of the barriers.  Maintain an upright body position and move as quickly as possible while maintaining control.  This drill can also be performed by finishing each rep with a 5-yd sprint.
