Lateral 2 Feet/Hole
Description:

Place 6-8 agility bags or objects approximately 10" high in a row 1-yd apart.  Begin standing laterally and perform a high knee step over pattern moving down the line of barriers.  Maintain an upright body position and start by stepping over the first bag with your inside foot followed by your outside foot.  Repeat this high knee stepping pattern moving as quickly as possible and staying square.  Do not turn your body toward the direction you are moving.  Perform the next repetition moving in the opposite direction.  This drill can also be performed by finishing each rep with a 5-yd sprint.
