Lost ACCESS IDAHO PASSWORD

If a password is lost, the individual having logged onto their own email, needs to access the state’s web site at http://www.state.id.us/, enter their user identification (usually the first initial of their first name and then last name, example Joe Smith is jsmith) then select “forgot password”.  The new password will be email with in the day to the user.
