To discuss a concern with an ombuds, simply call or stop by the Ombuds Office and schedule a confidential appointment. An ombuds will meet with you privately and listen and act impartially. 
    
Remember, unless otherwise required by law, your contact with the Ombuds Office remains confidential and off the record, unless authorized by you and with the consent of the ombuds.
