The Ombuds Office actively promotes and supports a fair, respectful and safe workplace by providing university employees with a confidential, informal, neutral and impartial means of preventing or resolving campus-related problems.
The Ombuds Office provides information, education, facilitation, intervention and mediation services in adherence with The International Ombudsman Association. Contact with the Ombuds Office does not constitute "notice" to the university. If a visitor wishes to create a record or make the university formally aware of a particular problem, an ombuds can provide information on how to do so.
