Community Involvement The International Programs Office (IPO) at the University of Idaho owes much of it's success in welcoming international students and scholars to the wonderful Moscow community and the surrounding area. It is through community involvement activities, where our students find many of their lifelong friends. IPO encourage people with items to donate, or time available to assist international students and scholars, to take a look at the variety of services and programs we have available.
