Location:                                Pau, France
Eligibility:                               2.5 GPA
Language of Instruction:          French/English

Academic Program:
    •  French Language, Literature and Cultural Studies

  Courses being taught by U.S. USAC University professors:
      Fall:       French American Literary Influences (Dr. Ann Keniston, UN Reno)
                    Modern American Writers in France (Dr. Ann Keniston, UN Reno)
      Spring:  Survey of French Literature II (Dr. Melissa Marcus, N. AZ U)
                    French Culture & Civilization (Dr. Melissa Marcus, N. AZ U)

Special Program Features:
    •  Field Trips to Surrounding Areas
    •  Optional Tour to Paris
    •  Internships (students must be at an advanced level of French, spring semester only)
    •  Community organizations offer non-credit courses in drawing, painting, cooking, music, and dance for a small fee

Housing:
    •  Home stays
    •  Residence halls

Dates (subject to change):
    Fall, 2009:                                  Early September – Late December
    Spring, 2010:                              Early January – Late April

Program fees (subject to change): includes tuition, fees, student health insurance and field trips
    One semester:                   $5,780
    Two semesters:                 $11,060

  • In addition to USAC program fees paid to USAC, UI students will be charged the following fees to their UI student account (payable to UI Bursar):

$150 Application fee
$400/semester UI registration fee
