2008-2009 SEMESTER/YEAR PROGRAM

Location:                               Kathmandu, Nepal
Eligibility:                              2.5 GPA, Excellent Health
Language of Instruction:        English

Academic Program: 
Students will take the following 3 courses and one elective course:

• Religions and Culture of Nepal • Socio-political Issues Service Learning course • Basic Nepali Language

• Electives:  Ecology of Nepal • Photojournalism

Special Program Features:
    •  Field trips to surrounding areas
    •  3-week trek in the Himalayas

Housing:
    •  Home stay

Dates (subject to change):
    Fall:                                   September 1 – December 14
    Spring:                               January 6 – April 30 
    

Program fees (subject to change): includes tuition and fees, room, meals, trek and excursions
     One Semester:                                          $6,650
     Combined Academic Year with SANN India:     $12,850

• In addition to the program fee, students will pay a non-refundable $150 application fee when they apply.
