University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) Application

USAC APPLICATION PROCEDURES

All completed applications should be submitted to:

Your completed application should consist of:

1. USAC application (USAC website)

2. Official transcripts from all universities and colleges that you have attended
   UI Transcript Request form (pdf) (UI Students only)
    - please write "UI Study Abroad" in the "Mail to" box

3. $300 (payable to USAC/Board of Regents)
   • $200 is a refundable deposit provided you withdraw on or before the stated deadlines
   • $100 is a non-refundable application fee

4.  (UI Students only) Disciplinary Clearance Form

5. (for Non-UI students applying to a USAC Partnership program)
    Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf)
   
   UI Student Fees:
   • $150 application fee – charged to your UI student account when you apply,
   • $400/semester, $250/summer UI registration/programming fee. Charged prior to your departure.
