Official transcripts from all
universities and colleges that you have attended sent to USAC.
If you're a UI student, use the
UI
Transcript Request form (pdf) to do
this.

$300 (payable to USAC/Board of
Regents) - send by check or pay online through USAC website. • $200 is a refundable deposit provided you withdraw on or before the
USAC stated deadlines • $100 is a non-refundable application fee

- $150 application fee – charged to your UI student account when
you apply.
- $400/semester, $250/summer UI registration/programming fee. Charged prior
to your departure.

For Fall or Academic Year: April 1
For Spring: October 15
For Summer: March 15
Note: Some
programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply
early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office
will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space
is still available on the program.

UI Refund Policies: |

The $150
application fee is non-refundable

UI
registration/programming fee is refundable if you withdraw from
your program by the billing deadlines below. Non-refundable
after these dates.

specific program fees, please refer to your program's refund
policy on their website.
