Steps to Applying to UAG:

Complete UAG Application (pdf) and additional application requirements: Copy of Passport 2 Passport Size Photographs Copy of Insurance Policy (with repatriation clause) Autobiography (provide general information about yourself, such as where you were born, where studied, what you like to do, etc. ) Letter of Intent (provide reasons as to why you are interested in studying at UAG) Official Transcripts Reference Report (pdf) (min. 1 / max. 3) International Student Handbook Letter of Agreement Signed (pdf) Flight Information (if airport pick-up service is requested; this service costs $20) (*you can submit this information at a later date) Homestay Application Form (pdf)  (*only complete if you are interested in staying with a host family)  Send or turn-in the following to UI Study Abroad: UAG Application and additional application requirements as listed above UI Supplemental Application & Agreement (pdf) Official transcripts from all universities and colleges that you have attended. Note: - If you are a UI student, use the UI Transcript Request form (pdf) to do this.  Please write "UI Study Abroad" in the "Mail to" box. 1 Passport size photo Disciplinary Clearance Form (pdf) (UI Students only) Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf)  (Non-UI students only) A $350 application fee/deposit ($200 deposit is put toward your program fee, $150 application fee) will be charged to your UI Student Account. Non-UI students should send a check payable to UI Bursar with their application. Preferred Application Deadlines:

For Fall or Academic Year:    April 1 For Spring:    October 15 For Summer:    March 15 Note:  Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines.  Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program.  Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.

UI Refund Policies:

The $150 application fee is non-refundable The $200 deposit is refundable if you withdraw from your program by the billing deadlines below. Non-refundable after these dates. Fall/Full-Year Programs: July 1st Spring Programs: December 1st Summer Programs: May 1st The entire program fee is non-refundable if you withdraw after the official program start date.
