SANN Research Institute Application

There is a current U.S. State Department Travel Warning on NEPAL.  Although the UI is accepting applications to study in Nepal, we are closely monitoring the situation and may cancel the program at any time.

Forms for both SANN Nepal & SANN India programs:

• Disciplinary Clearance Form (pdf) (UI Students only)
• UI Transcript Request form (pdf) (UI Students only)
   - please write "UI Study Abroad" in the "Mail to" box
• Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf) (Non-UI students only)
