A $350 application fee/deposit ($200 of which will be deducted off your program fee).
The application fee/deposit should be made payable to the UI BURSAR.
(Non-UI students only) Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf)

Preferred Application Deadlines:

For Fall or Academic Year:    April 1
For Spring:    October 15
For Summer:    March 15

Note: Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.

UI Refund Policies:

The $150 application fee is non-refundable

UI registration/programming fee refunded if students cancel by application deadlines above. Non-refundable after these dates.
