Preferred Application Deadlines:
For Fall or Academic Year: April 1 For Spring: October 15 For Summer: March 15 Note: Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.
Refund Policies:
The $150 application fee is non-refundable The $200 deposit is refundable if you withdraw before the application deadlines listed above. The entire program fee is non-refundable if you cancel your program after the official program start date.
