exchange application is accepted, you will then receive an application and

For Fall or Academic Year: April 1
For Spring: October 1
For Summer: March 15
Note: Some
programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply
early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office
will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space
is still available on the program.

Refund Policies: |

The $150
application fee is non-refundable
-
The $200
deposit is refundable if you withdraw before the application
deadlines listed above.

The entire
program fee is non-refundable if you cancel your program after
the official program start date.

all universities and colleges that you have attended.

* Applicants will first
submit an unofficial transcript to the IPO, and will later submit an
official transcript to LIFE*
A $350 application
fee/deposit ($200 of which will be deducted off your program fee) will be
charged to your UI Student Account. Non-UI students should send a check
(payable to UI BURSAR) with their application materials.
