Your completed application pack should consist of:

ISA Application Form (pdf)
UI Study Abroad Agreement (pdf)
ISA Supplemental Forms for Online Application (pdf)
ISA Code of Conduct (pdf)
1 Passport Size Photo
Disciplinary Clearance Form (pdf) (UI Students only)
UI Transcript Request form (pdf) (UI Students only)
- please write "UI Study Abroad" in the "Mail to" box
Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf) (Non-UI students only)

UI Student Fees:

$150 application fee – charged to your UI student account when you apply.
$400/semester, $250/summer UI registration/programming fee. Charged prior to your departure.

Preferred Application Deadlines:

For Fall or Academic Year:    April 1
For Spring:    October 15
For Summer:    March 15

Note: Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.

UI Refund Policies:

The $150 application fee is non-refundable

UI registration/programming fee refunded if students cancel by application deadlines above. Non-refundable after these dates.
