Forms for all IFSA-Butler programs:

IFSA-Butler application, program approval, & recommendation forms
Other requirement as specified in the IFSA-Butler Application Instructions
UI Study Abroad Agreement (pdf)
(UI Students only) Disciplinary Clearance Form (pdf)
(UI Students only) UI Transcript Request form (pdf)
- please write "UI Study Abroad" in the "Mail to" box
Official transcripts from all universities and colleges that you have attended
A $50 application fee (payable to Institute for Study Abroad)
9 passport-sized photos (8 for IFSA-Butler and 1 for the University of Idaho IPO)
1 photocopy of passport
Any other discipline-specific requirements (check IFSA-Butler app. checklist)
(Non-UI students only) Transfe r Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf)

UI Fees:

$150 application fee-charged to your UI student account when you apply
$500/semester, $300/summer UI registration/programming fee. Charged prior to your departure.

Preferred Application Deadlines:

        For Summer, Fall, or Academic Year:    April 1
          For Spring:    October 15
          For Summer:    March 1 (depends on site)

However, since IFSA Butler accepts students on first-come, first-served basis, once you decided that you want to participate in the program, it is a good idea to submit your application. Earlier is better than later!

Refund Policies:

The $150 application fee is non-refundable
The entire program fee is non-refundable if you cancel your program after the official program start date
