For Fall or Academic Year:    April 1
For Spring:    October 15
For Summer:    March 15

(Ecolife Application Deadlines)
Session 1: March 15
Session 2: April 15
Session 3: May 1

There will be a $50 late application fee for students who miss the application deadlines.MENT

You must submit a check, money order, or pay by credit card equivalent to 50% of the program cost when you submit your application. The program balance will be due 3 weeks prior to the start of the program.

Note:  Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines.  Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program.  Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.
 

Refund Policies:

  • The $150 application fee is non-refundable

  • The $200 deposit is refundable if you withdraw before the application deadlines listed above.

  • The entire program fee is non-refundable if you cancel your program after the official program start date.

  • More than 42 days prior to the start 100% of program cost (minus a $150 non-refundable application fee)

  • 41-29 days prior to the start 60% of program cost (minus a $150 non-refundable application fee)

  • 28-14 days prior to the start 40% of program cost (minus a $150 non-refundable application fee)

  • 13-0 days prior to the start No refund

    Program withdrawals must be in writing and must received by the Study Abroad Office on or before the deadlines listed above. The University of Idaho reserves the right to cancel this program. If this occurs, all deposits will be refunded.
