  UI Student Fees:
  • A $150 non-refundable application fee-charged to your UI student account when you apply (non-UI: payable to UI Bursar).
  • $500/semester or $300/summer UI registration/programming fee. Charged prior to your departure.
   Preferred Application Deadlines:

In order to meet CIEE deadlines, we ask that your application be submitted no later than the deadlines below.  However, CIEE accepts students on a first-come, first-served basis.  Once you decide that you want to participate in the program, it is a good idea to submit your application.  Many CIEE programs fill prior to their deadlines.  Earlier is better than later!

Students must go through the CIEE School of Record for their program.  There is a fee (around $350) that you will pay to CIEE for this.
