Steps to Applying to Chulalongkorn University, Thailand

Send or turn-in the following to UI Study Abroad:

UI Supplemental Application & Agreement (pdf)

Disciplinary Clearance Form (pdf) (UI Students only)

1 Passport size photo

Official transcripts from all universities and colleges that you have attended
- UI Transcript Request form (pdf) (UI Students only) - please write "UI Study Abroad" in the "Mail to" box

Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf) (Non-UI students only)

A $350 application fee/deposit ($200 deposit is put toward your program fee, $150 application fee) will be charged to your UI Student Account. Non-UI students should send a check payable to UI Bursar with their application.

Preferred Application Deadlines:

For Summer, Fall, or Academic Year: April 1
For Spring: October 15

Note: Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.

Refund Policies:

The $150 application fee is non-refundable

The $200 deposit is refundable if you withdraw before the application deadlines listed above.

The entire program fee is non-refundable if you cancel your program after the official program start date.
