Your completed application pack should consist of:

AIU Application and required supporting documents and fees (pdf)
NOTE: Students MUST complete the paper application for AIU and submit it to the UI Study Abroad Office.
Online applications to AIU will not be accepted.

Transfer Credit Letter of Understanding (pdf) (Non-UI students only)

UI Student Fees:

$150 application fee – charged to your UI student account when you apply.
$400/semester, $250/summer UI registration/programming fee. Charged prior to your departure.

Preferred Application Deadlines:

For Fall or Academic Year:    April 1
For Spring:    October 15
For Summer:    March 15

Note: Some programs fill prior to the application deadlines. Students should apply early to ensure a spot on the program. Also, the UI Study Abroad Office will consider additional applicants after these deadlines provided space is still available on the program.

UI Refund Policies:

The $150 application fee is non-refundable

UI registration/programming fee refunded if students cancel by application deadlines above. Non-refundable after these dates.
