Important Information

In order to better serve students, the Study Abroad Office offers First-Time Study Abroad Information Sessions each semester. These sessions help students understand the important elements of preparing for a successful study abroad experience including program selection, academic planning and credit transfer policies, financial aid and scholarships, essential travel documents, etc. It is required that you attend one of the following sessions before meeting with a Study Abroad Advisor.

All Info Sessions are located in the International Programs Office (IPO) Conference Room. The IPO is located on the Ground Floor of the Global Village LLC.

One-on-One Advising
After you go to an Information Session, you can schedule an appointment with one of our Study Abroad Advisors located in the International Programs Office (Ground Floor of Global Village LLC, next to the LLC 24-Desk) to discuss your personal study abroad situation and to be sure you are on track. Please see our advising hours below and feel free to contact us to set up an appointment:
