The Palouse is a very special place with a special history and special people. In the spring of 2008 the Palouse will become a special voice calling us together to search and work for ways to strengthen our communities through respecting diversity and protecting human rights. This voice will rise from the Palouse at the fourth annual “Finding the Center – An Action Oriented Human Rights Conference” to be held on April 4th and 5th in Moscow, Idaho.
