Digital Measures: With the
implementation of Digital Measures (DM) software systems at the
University the Faculty Secretary’s
office is no longer editing faculty vitae.
Both hard and electronic copies of vitae on file at the time of
conversion will be kept in the archives in our office. Faculty are
now responsible for uploading their
data into the DM system using cut and paste features from any
computer file format (Word is best). The UI vita form (the
link below) was used by DM as a
guide. If you
have had a vita done through this office, a final version can be sent to you
via email so you can begin the process of
uploading into DM. Please contact Ann at
annat@uidaho.edu
for an electronic copy of your vita if you have gone through this
office previously.
The following webpage provides more information on Digital Measures:
http://www.vice-provost.uidaho.edu/default.aspx?pid=96744. Please take the time to view the memo from Linda Morris, Vice Provost of
Academic Affairs, addressing the Launch of Digital Measures,
It is required
that one year of data be input into DM, however for faculty going up
for P&T or Third Year Review Fall 2007
they should input at least 5 years of data.
