2009 NSF Idaho EPSCoR Annual Meeting
August 31-September 1, 2009

Each year Idaho EPSCoR conducts an annual meeting of
current NSF EPSCoR participants and stakeholders to review the
status of Idaho's EPSCoR-enabled research capacity and to foster
statewide research collaborations. The primary purpose of this
meeting is to conduct an external, technical review of Idaho's NSF
EPSCoR Research Infrastructure Improvement project (EPS-0814387)
currently
funded from September, 2009 through August, 2013.
The Idaho EPSCoR Committee will also hold
its annual committee meeting on Monday evening, August 31, 2009.

Registration:
Conference registration is free.
Please complete the online registration form to enable Idaho EPSCoR to confirm your attendance and to
plan the event.
Poster Session:
Posters will be presented on Monday, August 31,
2009. Presenters please provide your poster
information to confirm space availability. Easels, rigid
poster boards, and tacks will be provided at the meeting.
Boards are 3' H x 4' L, please size posters to fit on the 3'x4'
space.
Accommodations:
Idaho EPSCoR will make your room reservations at
the University Inn Best Western based on your completed registration
form. No additional action is required.
Travel
Information:
Participants should make their own travel
arrangements. The following airports provide local service:
Moscow-Pullman Airport (PUW): Served by Horizon Air.
Complementary hotel shuttle provides service between the airport and
the University Inn (Approx. 5 miles). Simply call the hotel when you
arrive.
Lewiston Nez-Perce County Regional Airport (LWS): Served by
Horizon Air and Delta. This airport is ~35 miles from the
University Inn. Rental cars are available at the airport; driving
time is ~45 minutes.
Spokane International Airport (GEG): Served by multiple air
carriers. This airport is ~90 miles north of Moscow, Idaho.
Rental cars are available at the airport; allow approximately 2
hours driving time.
