For distance education students the deadline is June 1, 2008.

Admission into our graduate program is dependent upon a faculty member's willingness to act as the student's advisor, in addition to the basic academic requirements. Students wishing to be considered for an assistantship should plan on taking their GREs as early as possible. GRE scores are considered in combination with all other materials submitted. Applications for state/federally funded assistantships (if available) are evaluated starting in early February, with the first assistantship offered in March for fall acceptance.
