Anyone can apply for a scholarship without obligation until the scholarship is awarded, accepted, and the scholarship contract is signed.

Scholarships are offered under the Whole Person Concept, which ensures that all attributes of an individual are considered. The individual must be able to succeed in college as well as in ROTC to achieve a commission.
